Due to demand on our limited spaces there is an expectation that all bookings made will be used. If a change in circumstances means the space you've reserved is no longer needed, please contact us to cancel the booking as soon as possible.

We are presently unable to extend W&W ICT support to visiting subsidiaries. This includes assistance with webcasting/live-streaming, access to remote printing and troubleshooting any wi-fi, log-in or file sharing issues you may experience while on-site.

WelTec - Petone

Te Auaha - Te Aro

Please note that we are unable to provide wi-fi access on the Petone campus, and have limited service on the Porirua campus.

Please note:

Kai & Catering: There are no kitchens on campus. We are also unable to provide crockery, cutlery, tea & coffee supplies, or plateware for meetings.

Please bear this in mind if you plan to arrange catering.

Parking: Spaces are limited on the Petone Campus. No parking at all is permitted at Te Auaha.

Vehicles that occupy our loading zones without permission, or park in any of the spaces reserved for W&W and Te Pūkenga fleet vehicles will be towed or clamped.

Wifi: There is no wi-fi on the Petone campus. Wi-fi on the Porirua Campus is limited.
