The Cuba Street/Dixon Street area is a busy and bustling place at night which can mean traffic and parking queues. We encourage you to allow plenty of time to get to the venue before shows.

With a taxi rank directly outside the doors of Te Auaha, catching a taxi after the show is easy.
There are two mobility parking spaces directly across the road from Te Auaha.
Te Auaha has lift access to every floor and each floor houses an accessible toilet.

The design of Te Auaha uses a bold color pallette to make navigating and finding locations easier for people with visual impairment.
Te Auaha has one public entrance on Dixon Street, leading straight into the foyer where hosts or security will help you find your way. The box office, theatres, bar and cinema are all located on level 1. You can head up the stairs in front of you as you walk in, or up in a lift.
